Tyrifjorden
PFAS have been detected in sediment, water and biota in lake Tyrifjorden, about 50 km north-west of Oslo. The main emission of PFAS comes from a previous paper producing factory at Viul. In collaboration with the Norwegian Environment Agency, extensive sampling and site investigations have been carried out.
